  • Check if there is a green light near the panel where you rack the garments or on the beige control box that is near one of the foot of the conveyor or on top of it. If you see a green light that is on press on it so it turns off. Restart the ADAC Software.
  • Check for power by plugging something that runs on electricity (phone, radio, etcc.) in the same wall outlet as the conveyor. If there is no power check breaker or fuse box.
  • Check network cable that goes from conveyor to ADAC computer. If the network cable goes through a network switch or router (Dlink, Linksys, Cisco, Netgear, etc…) reboot that equipment.

Check your POS polling software to see if it is running. The ADAC does not handle the printing it merely send a print request with a ticket number to your POS system (Fabricare, Spot, CompassMax, etc…).
Check racking sensor behind racking panel. Clean it using a can of compressed air. Check if the sensor is well aligned and not loose.
Check counting sensors behind racking panel located on U shaped bracket. Clean them using a can of compressed air. Check if the sensors are well aligned and not loose. If problem persists call technical support.
